Choosing mirror holders: corner and centre fixings

What determines the choice
Record the mirror's overall dimensions and thickness, then examine how each holder contacts the edge. Corner and centre fixings occupy different positions, so finish alone is not a sufficient basis for changing models.
For a replacement, compare screw positions, stand-off from the wall and the clearance needed to remove the mirror. Fixings must suit the supporting surface; confirm the number and layout of holders for the project.
