Choosing decorative screw caps: head and diameter
A cap's outside diameter is not the screw diameter. Compare cap shape, screw head and available space on the surface together.
What determines the choice
Read catalogue values such as Ø13 mm or Ø14 mm as the stated cap dimension, without inferring a screw size. Compatibility also depends on the screw-head shape and how the cap attaches.
